Made for teens, by teens
The Community Teen Wellness Program empowers teens to take charge of their health using the six pillars of lifestyle medicine—nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connection, and avoiding risky substances. Created by a teen, for teens, this program blends science-backed education with real-life tools that actually fit into busy student lives. Our goal is simple: help teens feel better in their bodies and minds, build habits that last, and create healthier communities—one community at a time.
